Smith’s Farm Store

FOR 50 YEARS! In Rensselaer, Earl and Jim Smith launched their company in September of that year. Don and Earl Smith began for business in the former Five Star Grocery in Knox, Indiana, in June 1981, bringing the total to two. We welcomed a new member to our family in 2001 when we bought an Ace Hardware shop in Plymouth, Indiana. The name of this establishment is Smith Farm Store and Smith’s Ace Hardware. Another member of the family was welcomed a year later when we launched our fourth location in Rochester, Indiana. www.smithfarmstores.com
