Salk’s Hardware & Marine was founded in Providence, Rhode Island in 1900 and has always been a family-owned business that now spans 5 generations. In 1917, the company relocated to Warwick’s Oakland Beach neighborhood to cater to the summer vacation crowd. Our current location on West Shore Road opened in 1956, and our second store in North Kingstown opened in 2010. We are excited to now serve Seekonk and the surrounding communities from our third location on Taunton Ave.
