Western Auto – Siler City

We are a lawn mower parts and repair business. We have been in business for 76 years. It was started by Ben Boren, my grandfather. It began as a traditional Western Auto and has evolved ever since. We have now focused on the land and garden aspect. We strive to help the customer with the correct equipment or part, but also advice on the proper use or installation of the item. Ben Boren started the Western Auto franchise in Siler City NC in November 1940. His son in law Tommie G Burke managed the business after Ben’s retirement. Tommie B Burke is the current owner. In the 3 generations, there have been many changes. The current product line is mainly small engine and lawn mower parts and service. Husqvarna, Red Max, B&S, Kohler, Kawasaki, Honda, Tecumseh, are a few of the product lines.
