Spanky’s Small Engine Repair & Mower Sales began when owner Ryan “Spanky” Meche opened its doors to the first location on Main Street in Church Point in 2010.
Spanky knew there was a need for mower shop in his hometown. Not long after the original building opened, Spanky’s Small Engine and Mower Sales began growing and moved to its current location at 332 N. Main St. The business was built on sales and service, not just in the Church Point area, but all of Acadiana.
