Jack’s Wheelhorse was founded in 1955 by Leroy “Roy” Jack. Leroy was co-founder of Jack’s Ford Service where he managed the service department and his brother, Joe, was in charge of sales.
Leroy later spun the Wheelhorse tractor sales into a separate business which he located at his farm at 280 Sarver Road where it still operates today.
Leroy’s son-in-law, Clyde Bush, joined the business and became the owner in 1982. Clyde and his family continue to grow the business today. Jack’s is one of the oldest and most successsful outdoor power equipment dealerships in the country.
